Manor Road Festival Voluteer Needs

    • Works closely with Programming Lead to ensure planning, logistics

    • Oversees all infrastructure including elements like permits, parking + transportation, trash cans, portable toilets, etc.

    • Works closely with the Volunteer Coordinator for pre + day-of support with volunteers for events + artists

    • Coordinates all efforts in Programming Producers

    • Works closely with Volunteer Coordinator + Logistics/Planning

    • Works closely with Programming Lead + Sponsorships

    • Works closely with Programming Lead + Sponsorships to secure artists that are diverse in style and audiences

    • Works with the Logistics Producer + Volunteer Coordinator on Artist and location needs, etc.

    • Liaison and community partner for historic walking tours and block party; including planning for all ages access to the tour

    • Works closely with the Programming Lead and Logistic Producer

    • Lead in charge of organizing and onboarding all day-of volunteers

    • Will work closely with Communications, Programming Lead, and Logistics Producer

    • Will work closely with Programming Lead, Sponsorships, and Merchant Contact to help promote the event through the various digital channels

    • Will work closely with Publicity
